## 1. Object
These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in boat tours organized by **Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl**.
By making a booking, the Customer declares that he or she has read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

## 2. Bookings
The booking is considered confirmed only after:
* completion of the purchase procedure;
* payment of the amount due;
* receipt of confirmation by email.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered during the booking process.

## 3. Prices and Payments
All prices are in Euros (€) and include only what is indicated in the description of the selected tour.
Any additional services or customized requests will be quoted separately.

## 4. Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to **72 hours before** the scheduled departure time.
In case of cancellation:
* More than 72 hours before departure: 100% refund of the amount paid;
* Within 72 hours before departure: no refund.
In the event of a no-show, voluntary cancellation, or delay preventing boarding, no refund will be due.
Date change requests will be evaluated based on availability and do not constitute a right of the customer.

## 5. Tour Cancellation or Modification
Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or modify the tour at any time for safety reasons, weather or lake conditions, technical failures, orders from authorities, force majeure, or any other circumstance that may compromise navigation safety.
In such cases, the Client may choose between:
* Participation on a new available date;
* Full refund of the amount paid.
The refund constitutes the sole compensation due.
Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the Client, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, hotels, parking, transfers, or other incidental costs.

## 6. Weather Conditions
Weather conditions are assessed exclusively by the Captain.
Light rain, cloudy skies, or variable weather conditions do not automatically result in the cancellation of the tour.
The itinerary may be modified at any time if deemed necessary to ensure safe navigation.

## 7. Check-in Time
Participants must arrive at least **20 minutes prior** to the scheduled departure time.
The boat will depart at the scheduled time.
Delays, no-shows, or inability to reach the embarkation point will not entitle a refund.

## 8. Safety on Board
The Client undertakes to comply with all instructions given by the Captain and crew.
Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl may refuse boarding or terminate the tour if a participant:
* engages in dangerous behavior;
* disturbs other passengers;
* is clearly impaired by alcohol or drugs;
* endangers the safety of the navigation.
In such cases, no refunds will be given.

## 9. Liability
Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl is liable exclusively for damages resulting from its own liability, within the limits established by applicable law.
The company is not liable for:
* Force majeure events;
* Weather conditions;
* Decisions of the competent authorities;
* Delays due to navigation;
* Loss, theft, or damage to personal items;
* Indirect or consequential damages.
Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

## 10. Participation Requirements
The Client declares that he or she is in a fit and physical condition to participate.
Any particular medical conditions, pregnancy, disabilities, or specific needs must be communicated prior to booking so that Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl can verify their suitability for the service.

## 11. Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or adult who will assume responsibility for them for the entire duration of the excursion.

## 12. Pets
Pets are permitted only with the prior authorization of Wooden Boat Como Tour Srl and according to the conditions communicated at the time of booking.

## 13. Photography and Video
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to appear in the images may notify the crew before departure.

## 14. Privacy
The processing of personal data
